Privacy Policy

This is the official site of the band Nowhere To Be Found. We collect as little data as possible and never use it for anything beyond what is written here.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you type it into the subscribe box at the bottom of the page.
- The name, email, phone number and message you give when placing an order in the shop, along with what you ordered. Without these we cannot reach you or send you what you bought.
- Technical data that any server logs, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and to see how many visits it gets.
What we use it for
Your email is used only to announce dates, releases and merch. We do not sell it, share it or use it for anything else. You can leave the list at any time using the link at the bottom of every message, or by writing to the address below.
Orders
Order data is used to handle that order and nothing else: arranging shipping and payment with you, delivering what you bought, and meeting the legal and tax obligations that follow. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it with anyone, other than whoever carries the parcel to you.
How long we keep it
- Order data is kept for as long as the legal and tax obligations tied to the sale require, and is deleted afterwards.
- Your newsletter email is kept until you ask to leave the list.
- Server logs last a few weeks.
YouTube videos
Videos on this page only load once you press play. Until then there is no connection to Google and no cookie is set. Once you play a video, the YouTube privacy policy applies.
Outside links
Links to the store, music platforms, social networks and partner sites lead to services we do not control. Each has its own privacy rules.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time. Just write to the address below and we will take care of it — we delete everything the law does not require us to keep. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority.
